Privacy and data handling

This notice describes Estimate Bench for Jira Cloud and this product website. The provider is Jon Ander Irazusta Iribar, trading as ProfitSignal Labs. Contact: support@profitsignallabs.dev. Provider identification and postal contact appear in the legal notice.

Data used by the app

Estimate Bench reads issue identifiers, project and issue-type identifiers/names, status category, completion date, original estimate and logged time to produce the user-requested report. Jira permissions and applicable issue/worklog visibility determine the data returned. Processing is transient in the app session and Atlassian infrastructure; the app does not persist review data in app-managed storage.

Reports may contain internal information. Exported copies and source Jira records remain controlled by the customer. There are no background scans, external analytics, AI calls or issue/worklog changes in this version. App code does not deliberately log review content or account identifiers. Atlassian infrastructure may generate operational logs under its own policies.

Hosting and service providers

The app uses Atlassian Forge and Jira APIs. Its manifest has no external network destinations. Atlassian processes platform data under the applicable Forge terms and data processing arrangements. This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. It has no account registration, forms or analytics added by the provider; hosting providers may process technical connection data to serve and secure it. Support email is hosted by Porkbun. Do not send Jira exports, credentials or personal customer records to support email.

Our support portal uses Atlassian Jira Service Management. It processes the contact details, request text, status history and any attachments you provide so we can investigate and track your request. This is separate from the Jira data processed by the app: the app does not automatically copy project records into support tickets. Use minimal, redacted examples; do not submit credentials or private issue exports. Atlassian provides the ticketing platform under its applicable service and data-processing arrangements. Support correspondence retention and rights described in this notice also apply to tickets.

Support communications

If you email us, we process the sender address and message to respond, manage the requested service and meet applicable obligations. We use contractual necessity or legitimate interests, as applicable to the request, rather than collecting issue data for advertising. We retain support correspondence only for resolving the matter and applicable legal or security needs, reviewing continuing need periodically. We do not sell personal data or use customer Jira content to train AI models.

Your choices and rights

For access, correction or deletion of source Jira records, contact your organization's Jira administrator or data controller. For provider-held support correspondence or privacy concerns, contact support@profitsignallabs.dev. Applicable rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Spanish AEPD. We may need proportionate information to verify and route a request.

Changes and incidents

Material changes to app processing will be reflected in this notice and the app's release information before the changed processing applies. Security concerns should be sent with a general description to support@profitsignallabs.dev; do not include secrets. This notice does not claim independent certification, uninterrupted availability or that platform infrastructure produces no logs.
